Golden Sample Dual-Sealing
Two signed golden samples, one at the factory and one in our office. Every batch is compared physically: materials, dimensions, finish, soldering, plugs, accessories.

Inline QC & Pre-Shipment Inspection
Logged patrols while the line runs, then a full inspection against the sealed sample before shipment. The 70% balance releases only after it passes.

Container Loading Supervision
We attend loading in person: carton condition, pallets, marks, piece counts, container condition and the seal number. Photo and video records of every step.

Consolidation & Freight Benchmarking
Goods from multiple suppliers come into our warehouses, get repacked and volume-compressed, and leave as one FCL/LCL shipment after we benchmark freight. A standard program covers up to five product categories; beyond that, consolidation, inbound and multi-category handling are quoted separately.

Milestone Payments, Not Credit Terms
You pay 30% to start and 70% only after the pre-shipment inspection passes. We do not extend credit terms, and that is deliberate: milestone payments keep pricing honest and the supply chain healthy on both sides.
30% deposit
Starts production, paid by corporate T/T to Dore Technology Co., Ltd.
70% balance
Releases only after inspection passes. Your last payment is your strongest quality lever.
No credit terms
We don't carry receivables, so we don't build their cost into your quotes.
No private accounts
We decline private-account transfers and 100% prepayment demands, even when a supplier insists.
One contracting entity
Contracts, invoices and customs declarations run under Dore Technology Co., Ltd.
