Official registry (GSXT) checks on every new supplier: business scope, shareholders, equity freezes and litigation, so you wire money to a manufacturer, not a broker with a storefront.
Two signed golden samples. One stays at the factory, one in our office. Every batch is compared physically against them: materials, dimensions, finish, soldering, plugs and accessories.
Logged patrols during production fix problems mid-run. A final inspection against the sealed sample gates the 70% balance, released only after it passes.
Ground Operations
Your order rarely lives in one factory. We run the ground game between them.
We attend loading in person: carton condition, export pallets and marks, piece counts, container condition and the seal number. Photo and video records of every step.
Goods from many suppliers come into our warehouses (7-day free storage), get repacked and volume-compressed, and leave as one FCL/LCL shipment after we benchmark freight across forwarders. A standard program covers up to five product categories; beyond that, consolidation, inbound and multi-category handling are quoted separately.

How It Works
One chain of checkpoints, from first brief to balance release. Every step produces something you can hold: a report, a sealed sample, a video, a document set.
Send your spec sheet or a supplier link. Within 24 hours you receive a free registry background check (business scope, litigation, equity status) plus a practical feasibility read.
We evaluate samples, negotiate specs and seal two golden samples (factory + our office), then lock the 30/70 payment structure.
We track the production schedule and run logged IPQC patrols so problems are corrected mid-run, not discovered at loading.
A pre-shipment inspection compares goods against the sealed sample. After it passes, we supervise loading and video the carton condition, counts and seal number.
The 70% balance is released after inspection passes. Customs declarations run under Dore Technology Co., Ltd., with freight benchmarked before booking and coordinated compliantly to your door or port.
